I'm Abbey. Welcome to the I Want To Be A Girl Sisterhood website. I hope that you are inspired by what you find here!

I know that being a girl during these times is hard. Our culture wants us to fit into it's mold which, mind you, is constantly changing. We get so many conflicting messages from the world about how to be the best woman you can be. I am not saying that we should completely ignore what people around us are saying. I am just saying that we need to be discerning about what we DO accept (check out the article about being a girl that guards her heart for more on this).  Modern femininity doesn't have to be cheap. By being founded in Christ, we can live our "girlness" to the fullest! This is a message that we need to share. Let us not hide the beauty of these truths from those around us that need to know them, but held high for all to see. Let us be women that fight for the truth to be known by all.
